It happens because ncsofts new automatic updates that makes your client can connect only to official servers.
All you have to do is to delete your current system folder, and re-download it.

In c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file add the current line:
216.107.250.194 nprotect.lineage2.com
